Mental health week
Primary School held its first Health & Wellbeing Week to coincide with the Children's Mental Health Week initiative in the UK. As well as learning about the importance of mental health in assemblies and PSHE lessons, students had access to a range of fun activities at break and lunchtimes to promote all aspects of wellbeing. These included yoga, mindfulness, peer massage, friendship bracelets, positive affirmations, gratitude journals, self-love and acceptance chains, art, musical fun, singing, physical fitness and more!
