The Year One children have enjoyed looking at the story ‘The Smartest Giant in Town'.
They have been working collaboratively this week to sequence the story in the correct order. They had great fun creating freeze-frames to show each part of the story, taking on the role of the characters to show what is happening. They thought carefully about where to position themselves within the scene as well as their facial expressions. The children used their freeze-frames to retell the story verbally as well as producing some fantastic writing!
