She made her first move to teach internationally in 2007, relocating to Dubai. During her five years there, she became Head of English and was seconded to the senior leadership team. As Head of Secondary, she is excited to work with all members of the BISB community to ensure that the student experience at BISB is exceptional. She is ambitious for students and staff alike and firmly believes that learning never stops – for any of us.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, running, cycling, cooking, and travelling. As an English teacher, she loves to read and her favourite writers are Margaret Atwood, Donna Tartt and Kazuo Ishiguro.
