Borbala Jandrasics

Early Years Assistant

BA in English language and Physical Education - Eötvös Loránd University (Pedagogy and Psychology Faculty, Center For English Language Teacher Training) Budapest

Bori started her teaching career at a Budapest language school, then she taught at an international school in Budapest for two years as an ELL, P.E. and a pre-school teacher.

After a career change working in the wine business for six years, she returned to the teaching profession by joining BISB in 2018.

Bori joined the Early Years Centre at BISB as a teaching assistant.

At the Center for English Teacher Training at ELTE where Bori studied, there was a special focus on teaching methods and on motivational techniques. For her final thesis, “Suiting classroom activities to students” she concentrated on motivational teaching. Bori’s goal is to find the best ways to motivate each child individually, best suited to their abilities, and bring out the best of them every day.

She also finds it very important to give each child the maximum attention they need to make them feel safe and be able to unfold their talents and prepare them for their further education.

In her spare time, Bori enjoys travelling with her family both in Hungary and overseas with a special focus on wine regions. Her other favourite activities include writing articles, running, gardening and learning something new.
