Jaba started her teaching career in 2012 in India. She worked at an international school as a Primary teacher until 2019. She then relocated with her family to Budapest and started working as a substitute teacher, eventually moving towards working with kindergarten children as a co-teacher. 

During her time in India, Jaba has actively participated and been recognised for 'supporting the integration of international learning in the curriculum' conducted by the British Council International School Award. She has also attended workshops with certification on ‘Davis Learning Strategies’ to improve productivity in classrooms.

Jaba’s teaching philosophy is a self-reflective statement of her beliefs about teaching and learning. Her strong belief is to encourage students to be independent thinkers with strong morals and values. She is ambitious and believes that a teacher's role is to guide and provide a safe & educational environment for their students to flourish physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. 

Jaba is a regular practitioner of Yoga and meditation. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and trying out new indian culinary recipes with her family and friends.
