Beá started her teaching career in 1992 at BISB as a teacher of English as an Additional Language, History and Hungarian Language and Culture. During the first years of the school's existence she was also involved in administration, admissions procedures and event coordination. In 2000, to further her teaching experience, Beá taught in a primary school in Sheffield.
Beá was already a part of the school prior to BISB joining Nord Anglia Education. During her years of employment Beá saw a small school evolve into the establishment it is today and so had to keep up with the challenges of teaching EAL in the changing environment. As the Hungarian Culture Coordinator her role is to support teachers in delivering a rich curriculum.
Beá is fascinated by the challenge of educating multi-lingual students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her ambition is, as it always has been, to ensure that the students in her classes obtain the most relevant, high-quality level of language acquisition so that they have the best opportunities in their future careers.
In her spare time, Beá enjoys traditional Hungarian handicraft activities, which include basket weaving and felt making. She loves walking in the woods with her family and friends and attending yoga classes and classical music concerts.
