EYFS Term 1 Hero

The Early Years Foundation Stage Looks Back at Term 1

There is nothing more precious than looking back at some of the most memorable moments of Term 1.  

And how many magic moments did we share with our littlest students this past Term.

What a wonderful first Term we have had in Early Years. The children have settled into their class and school routines and have made great progress with their learning. Adeline Sutherland - Head of Early Years Foundation Stage at BSN

The Early Years Foundation Stage students have had opportunities to work with all teachers’ across Early Years through a range of Enrichment activities.  

They have participated in amazing teacher led assemblies and have learnt the importance of allergy awareness.

The children were very engaged in our book week sessions. They had lots of fun joining in book led activities in their classes and with other classes throughout the school.

The swimming sessions have been a great success and the children have been working on their water confidence skills.

They performed with enthusiasm and amazing confidence during the Early Years Christmas show. 

The development of the student’s independence throughout the Term has been great to witness across all the classes.  

BSN have had so many new applications we are very excited to welcome our new teachers and students in the additional Nursery class when we return after the holidays.
