The audience last Tuesday, 28 November, at our Variety evening was treated to a fabulous evening of music and drama. The Primary Choir kicked off the evening with "A Cat Called Alexander" and "Penny Lane" in beautiful two part harmony. The brand new Compass Community Choir had its first performance and hopefully inspired more teachers and parents to join next term (Wednesdays, 2.30pm at Madinat Khalifa).

The rocking Secondary Choir opened the second half of the evening with John Bon Jovi's "Livin’ on a Prayer" and the evening closed with our Funkadelic Orchestra performing "Mr Clean", which featured several improvised jazz solos, "Happy" and "Mr Blue Sky" from "Guardians of the Galaxy 2".

All of this was interspersed with soloists, poems and the Monty Python Restaurant drama sketch. Many thanks to all the parents and friends who came to support the students and to all our team members who helped to make this event such a success.
