High School Homecoming & Spirit Week Homecoming week is upon us! Each year, our Student Government Association (SGA) plans a week full of fun and healthy competition as each grade level competes to win the Spirit Cup

Homecoming week is upon us! Each year, our Student Government Association (SGA) plans a week full of fun and healthy competition as each grade level competes to win the Spirit Cup. We encourage our students to dress up in appropriate costumes for the themes each day and award the best-dressed male and female for the grade points that contribute to the overall point totals. The themes for the week are as follows:

• Monday: Pajama Day

• Tuesday: Tropical Tuesday

• Wednesday: Workout Wednesday - Please not that all shorts must be school appropriate. Workout bottoms such as yoga pants are permitted and encouraged this day.

• Thursday: Past, Present, and Future

• Friday: Spirit Day

With all of the fun and crazy outfits to come, make sure that you are catching pictures through the Twitter feed at both @wpshighschool and @WPS_Lakers. Both will feature the fun and frivolity that will occur next week. The week will culminate on Saturday, October 19th with the Homecoming Dance to take place at Universal’s Sapphire Falls (7pm-11pm).
