Travelling is in my nature. As part of my degree, I was able to spend a year abroad in North Africa, where I became interested in the visual arts (film and performance). I then worked in Student Services helping university students from all over the globe. Before moving to the British School of Warsaw, I worked in Kazakhstan for two years at Haileybury Almaty – a COBIS school. This was a fantastic opportunity to experience a new culture, language (Russian) and learn about Central Asia.
I endeavour to teach in a calming and creative manner, drawing on my personal interests in Literature, Drama and Citizenship Education. I am looking forward to learning a new language and would like to join a hiking group in Hong Kong!
