Miss Leverett obtained a degree in French and Spanish with European Studies at the University of Bath, during which time she gained teaching experience in both Paris, France and Guadalajara, Spain. Following a year in Latin America, Miss Leverett returned to the UK to complete her PGCE through Teach First, where she taught for two years in a secondary school in the Rhondda Valley in Wales. After this, she moved to an independent school in Bristol for a further two years, where she taught both French and Spanish from Year 3 to Year 13.
