Christine Galib is in her third year at The Village School and serves as the Entrepreneurship Diploma Program and Wellness Director. Having studied at Princeton University for her undergraduate degree and the University of Pennsylvania for graduate school, Christine has a breadth of knowledge and experience that she loves to share with students.
Christine was also the co-founder of an investment management team on Wall Street and is currently the founder of Plan my Plate. She has a strong passion for teaching young entrepreneurial students the skills necessary to begin a successful start up in today’s society.
When asked what her favorite thing was about Village, Christine responded, “I feel that Village is my home and a community that models what the world should be: a truly diverse and international community with the most compassionate, caring, brilliant and funny students in the world.”
Not only does Christine teach her students the skills necessary to be successful, but she is an inspiring figure in their lives. She promotes wellness and leads meditation sessions for both faculty and students. She connects personal wellness to being a happy, successful and balanced person in life. When we asked Christine to give some words of wisdom, she said, “figure our what sustains your soul, what makes your eyes sparkle, and what you want out of life. And chase it, purposefully, proudly, and unapologetically.”
