ACCREDITATIONS

The Village School is proudly accredited by two private school accrediting organizations, Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS), and the Texas Association of Private and Parochial School (TAPPS). Our accreditations ensure our learners are receiving the highest standards in learning.

Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools

The Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS), sets the standards for excellence in Texas education. Since 1988, their primary mission seeks to accredit private schools who meet the standards of the association and continue to maintain the quality of education as expected by Texas Education Agency.

The Village School’s rigorous academic curriculum and programs are recognized and accredited by TAAPS. You can find additional information about our accreditation by visiting the TAAPS website.

Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools

Chartered in 1978, the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) serves to organize, stimulate, encourage and promote the academic, athletic and fine arts programs in an effort to foster a spirit of fair play, good fellowship, true sportsmanship and wholesome competition for boys and girls. From a humble beginning of 20 member schools in 1978, TAPPS has grown to a membership of 230 schools with a combined enrollment of over 40,000 students.

The Village School’s outstanding athletics, arts and competitive academics are accredited by TAPPS. You can find more information about our accreditation by visiting the TAPPS website.
