French Language Teacher
Raouida joined Village in 2016. She received her Master's degree in French from Bowling Green State University - Ohio. Raouida played volleyball professionally and participated in the African Cup in Nairobi - Kenya and in The Summer Universiade in Sicily - Italy.
Third Grade Teacher
Keitha joined Village in 1992. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Keitha shares, "I enjoy the opportunity to learn something new each day from my students!" She adds that her passion is science.
Amy joined Village in 2011 as a substitute and in 2012 as an Elementary School teacher. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. Amy loves teaching all subjects, especially math and science. Her favorite vacation was her trip to China. Amy says, "I'm also a nerd about spreadsheets and use them for keeping track of everything!"
Kindergarten Teacher
Sabina joined Village in 2017. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Houston. Sabinaa loves to travel and has been to Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru, and Spain.
Teaching Assistant
Dr. Suneet Dinglay-Takkar joined The Village School in 2012. She holds her Texas Educators Certificate for Early Childhood to Grade 6. Dr. Dinglay-Takkar earned her Ph.D in DNA repair from the The Imperial Cancer Research Fund and her Bachelor's degree in Medical Biochemistry from King’s College London. In her spare time, she enjoys reading , walking, watching movies, and spending time with her family!
First ErGrade Teacher
Erica joined Village in August 2017. She earned her degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Social Studies and Reading from Iowa State University. A fun fact about Erica is that she grew up overseas and attended international schools her entire life!
Fourth Grade Teacher
Jadeon joined Village in 2019. Before that, he taught for many years in Cape Town, South Africa. He earned his post Graduate Intermediate and Senior Phase and is currently working on his Masters degree in International Education at King's College London. Jadeon loves being outdoors in nature, has travelled to many places around the world, is a former rugby player and is good at doing handstands. A fun fact about Jadeon is that he once had a role in a Hollywood movie!
