Bill Delbrugge
Head of School
Bill Delbrugge joined The Village School as Head of School in 2021. Prior to joining the Viking family, he was the headmaster at Dunecrest American School in Dubai and The American International School in Egypt. Bill has also served as superintendent of Flagler County Public Schools in Palm Coast, Florida. He has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca University. Bill loves to play the trumpet!

Managing Director
David Randolph joined The Village School in January 2015 to direct the organization’s business activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, financial oversight, and the development of effective teams. David has his BBA in Management from Texas State University.

He is married and his daughter is a Village graduate, Class of 2018. David enjoys bicycling and going to the beach (he collects shark teeth)!

Director of Community Relations
Kim Healy started at The Village School in 2001 as a Kindergarten teacher. As Director of Community Relations, she liaises between our parent association and the school, organizing events, meetings, and gatherings. She earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.

She received her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. 

Kim is married and her two children are Village alumni. In 2021, Kim became a grandmother for the first time to her grandson, Owen!

Director of Admissions and Marketing
LaRetta joined The Village School in 2020 as the Director of Admissions, Marketing, and Communications. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from Texas Christian University and previously worked internationally for a Fortune 200 technology company.

LaRetta joined Village in 2020 as the Director of Admissions, Marketing, and Communications. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from Texas Christian University. Before coming to Village, LaRetta worked for a Fortune 200 technology company that brought her to all corners of the world. She shares, "One of my favorite places to work was Shanghai. I've also been fortunate to travel to Morocco, Nice, Berlin, Beijing, London, and many other amazing places across the globe!"

Jennifer Chile joined The Village School in 2021 as the Director of Lower School. Previously, she taught Kindergarten at Village from 2012 to 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and her Master of Education degree in International Education Administration from Endicott College.

Jennifer Chile
Jennifer Chile joined The Village School in 2021 as the Director of Lower School. Previously, Jen taught Kindergarten at Village from 2012 to 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and her Master of Education degree in International Education Administration from Endicott College. 

Jen's husband is a high school teacher at Village and her twins attend Village Elementary. Jen has been in education for over 18 years and enjoys baking and reading.

Director of Middle School
Cindy Proske is the Director of Middle School and has been an educator for more than 34 years. She started at Village in 1993 and has been a Math Teacher, Math/Science Team Coach, Math Department Chair, Dean of Students, and the Assistant Director of Middle School. Cindy Proske is the Director of Middle School and has been an educator for more than 34 years. She started at Village in 1993 and over her time here has served as a Math Teacher, Math/Science Team Coach, Math Department Chair, Dean of Students, and the Assistant Director of Middle School. As a child, Cindy lived in Belgium! Cindy and her husband Charlie enjoy going to Disney parks, road trips, doting on their grandchildren and daughters, cheering on the University of Texas Longhorns and appreciating what life brings their way.

Director of High School
Carl Newman joined The Village School in 2016 as the IB Coordinator. As High School Director, he oversees all high school activities and the well-being of teachers and students alike. Carl has his Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Carl Newman joined The Village School in 2016 as the IB Coordinator. As High School Director, he oversees all high school activities and the well-being of teachers and students alike. Carl has his Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

He has also competed at a semi-professional level in rugby and played in a wedding band for many years. Carl says, "I very much enjoy my time at The Village School! It is a beautiful place to work, and the students are diverse, welcoming, and engaging."

Director of Athletics and Activities
Judi Klausmeyer joined The Village School as a Physical Education teacher and athletics coach in 1991. As Director of Athletics, she oversees all athletics and teams and supports athletes and coaches. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business from The Ohio State University.

Director of Residential Life
Randy Noll started at The Village School in 2019 and is the Director of the Residential Life Program. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Journalism and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from Southern Methodist University. He has worked in education for over 35 years.

Randy Noll started working at The Village School in 2019 and is the Director of the Residential Life Program. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Journalism and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from Southern Methodist University. 

Randy has worked in education for over 35 years; 20 years in education administration and the last 10 years in Residential Life. He has also published two children's books and played soccer both collegiately and professionally.

Randy loves to fish, play cards, is an avid Texans and Astros fan, and likes to make people laugh!

Director of Operations
Jeff Bond joined The Village School in 2010. Prior to his current role, he was Director of Auxiliary Services as well as Safety Lead.  As Director of Operations, Jeff establishes appropriate regulations, procedures, and plans to ensure safe and secure school facilities. This includes risk assessment management and review of incident action plans for all planned or unplanned events.

Jeff was also previously the Associate Director of Athletics and Ancillary Programs, a Physical Education coach, and After-school and Summer Program Coordinator. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He is a massive sports fan, especially of football, and loves being outside.
