School Operating Procedures

Together we can meet any challenge.

The global coronavirus pandemic challenged students, parents, and teachers in unprecedented ways. When our school community chose resilience as one of the school's values no one knew just how important that trait would be during a time like this. We're proud of how the community rose to meet this challenge.

Below are the current school operating procedures designed for use in the MCO period, which are subject to change.

Current Operating Status - Phase 4 of National Recovery Plan
Schools are operating for in-person learning during Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan.

General Advice for Parents about when to Send Children to School

  1. Do not send your child to school if they test positive for Covid-19, are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 including fever above 37.5C, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or flu/cold-like symptoms.

  2. Please keep the school informed of any potential illness and consult with a medical professional.

  3. Please do your best to identify any potential symptoms and check temperature before your child arrives at school.

  4. Practice the 3Ws (wash/sanitise frequently, wear a mask, comply with all MOH warnings/advice).

  5. Parents must complete the Travel and Health Declaration forms for their students and anyone who will access campus for drop off or pick up. In some cases you may need to provide medical clearance letters and isolation instruction letters in accordance with MOE's SOP.

Please adhere to these measures to help keep the community safe and healthy.
