Millie Wright

Head of Mathematics / Assessment & Intervention Coordinator

Millie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of York and a PGCE from University College London – Institute of Education. She has been a teacher for four years, working in England and the Philippines.

During my teaching career, I have taught mathematics from KS3 to KS5 and worked to prepare all students for their external examinations. I believe that mathematics has many worldwide applications and aim to help students appreciate this and develop their resilience and logic skills.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading and cross-stitch, particularly producing samples for family and friends. I also relish the opportunity to go to the theatre and visit as often as I can. I am also very passionate about travel and have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to travel around Asia since my move to the Philippines. My travels have already taken me to Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia as well as parts of the Philippines and I can’t wait to see more!
