CONTRIBUTING TO COMMUNITY CHANGE

Our students contribute their skills and talents to projects that support our community.

Every December, our students collect shoeboxes and fill them with essentials, which they donate to a local paediatric centre for children with cancer. Your child will support the disaster relief charity ShelterBox, too, selling items at winter and summer fairs, raising money through talent shows, and organising donation drives. And on eye-opening trips, including to the Masungi Georeserve, they’ll learn about the environmental challenges facing our country – and take action to address them.

UNIQUE GLOBAL EXPERIENCES

Through our collaboration with UNICEF, your child will learn about urgent international issues – like the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Rights of the Child – and work on inspiring solutions through our Global Challenge project.

They’ll join forces with Nord Anglia students from across the world, too, driving change on our Global Campus platform and through seminars, workshops, and speaking opportunities on the international stage. Activities surrounding World Children’s Day also teach our students about their rights, how to protect them, and how to advocate for those who may not have a voice.

AN EXTRAORDINARY ADVENTURE

Our expedition to the Nord Anglia centre in Arusha, Tanzania, is the adventure of a lifetime. Our students work with changemakers from across the world on vital community projects, learn about the environment, and understand the importance of sustainable development. A truly life-changing experience, our trip to Tanzania builds our students’ confidence, independence, and sense of social responsibility.
