2AV have enjoyed learning about what it was like at DCIS many years ago. They were fortunate enough to have some ex Doverian alumni (one of them is a recent current parent at DCIS) come in and give a talk about what it was like in 1979.
Some facts that the children were amazed by was that there was no swimming pool, no air-conditioning and that the Cooper Hall was named after an ex Headmaster called Mr. Cooper.
Thank you to Mrs. Bellino and her sister (who is just in Singapore for the holidays) for coming in to give a talk to us. It was very interesting!
