Moon Festival Celebration at Early Years and Infant Campus

Moon Festival or Children’s Festival is one of the most famous and traditional celebrations for Vietnamese children.

On Thursday, the Early Years and Infant Campus kicked off the event by watching a breathtaking Dragon Dance. To continue the celebration, two assemblies were organised - one in the morning for F1, F2 and F3 children and another in the afternoon for Year 1s and Year 2s. The children paraded around the gym holding their colourful homemade lanterns. After the parade, they sat back and enjoyed a wonderful Moon Festival dance performed by some lovely children in Year 2. Finally, yet importantly, Mr Ian and Ms Mary announced the best homemade lantern prizes in each year group. Well done to those winners!

Thank you to all staff and children who got involved to make the celebration a successful one. Thank you to all parents for coming along and celebrating with us.

Happy Moon festival!

Trung thu vui vẻ!
