My degree is in Film and Broadcast and I use what I have learnt with the goal of becoming a more creative teacher. When I studied for my PGCE at Goldsmiths University, London, I was equipped with a mindset and philosophies that I take with me still to this day. I believe that the students come first. A child should be taught to their full potential. I believe in the Global Goals initiative and teaching students that they have a responsibility to take care of their world. I advocate for developing the students’ growth mindset to prepare them to become life-long, resilient learners within an ever-changing and growing world.
Outside of work, I love to run and hike. I climbed Mount Kinabalu this year and I am looking forward to more adventures across South America!
I have lived and taught Borneo with my partner for the past two years and we're both excited to become part of the Nord Anglia family and a thriving community in São Paulo.
