Used by the Middle and High School, this is a password-protected web-based service that allows teachers, parents and students to access and share information.

Including: assignments, grades, schedules, calendar, activities and more. 

You download the Canvas Parent by Instructure app. Then find our school by typing in exactly the following  'The Village School - Parent'. From here you can log in to Canvas by entering your email address and your Canvas password.

Used by the Lower School this is a password-protected web-based service that allows teachers, parents and students to access and share information.

Including: assignments, grades, schedules, calendar, activities and more. 

ParentSquare is the primary communication platform used across all divisions. Class, team, advisory, grade, division and whole campus information is shared via Parent Square. 

You can download the parent square app for android or iOS.

Schools Buddy

This is a management system used for Parent-Teacher Conferences, After Class Enrichment (ACE) and summer programs.

SNAP Health

This connects school nurses, staff and parents to support your child's well-being. This is where you will upload relevant medical documentation about your child.

Athletics

To participate in competitive sports, students and parents must complete online profiles and submit paperwork to RankOne and Tapps Management System (TMS).
