Year 10 students enjoyed their Geography trip (despite a few wet feet) to study the changes in the Bükkös Patak, a small river, from its source in the National Park to its mouth in Szentendre. As well as developing their teamwork skills they learnt to collect a range of data, from field sketches to river velocity. They were a real credit to the school and completed their tasks with maturity and plenty of enthusiasm. In class, we will now be working to present and analyse the results. In the IGCSE exam students need to be able to articulate their understanding of the investigative process they have undertaken as well as show they can evaluate how effective their investigations have been.
