In Year 10 iGCSE German this week, students have been putting their debating skills to use, discussing the pros and cons of school uniform ('Schuluniform').
Students developed their arguments by watching some authentic German stimuli and worked in teams to personalise their arguments. They then used some discursive phrases like 'I agree' ('Ich stimme zu') to join their ideas together. Their confidence is definitely beginning to grow in their spoken German!
