On Tuesday, 29th of November, our Year 12 Theatre students will be performing “Every Brilliant Thing” to an audience of students, family, and friends.
The IB Theatre class has seven students – Arsen Rahimkulov, Alfred Mayer, Bruno Barath, Dora Tordai, Julia Kiss, Lian Dymschiz and Liam Rose. The students are performing this production as part of their IB Theatre course - “Staging Play Texts”. Within this section of the course, students are required to explore a text both academically and practically. They then need to complete a production proposal for “Every Brilliant Thing” based on their independent research.
The students have been rehearsing the production since the beginning of September and have been directed by their classroom teacher Mrs Brown.
We are thrilled by the response of students, staff, family, and friends who wish to attend the performance. We look forward to seeing you there!

On Tuesday evening we welcomed the BBIS Girls' Football team to play in a Festival of Football celebrating the year so far. The whole event was played in a friendly and fun environment where the girls from both teams could show off their talents that they have been working on in training sessions.

This week in English, Year 8 shared their completed magazines in a collaborative press event. There was a lovely buzz in the classrooms, and we were very impressed with both the quality of the work produced and the professionalism with which they pitched their final products to each other and the Year 12 Muse students who came along as well.
