Secondary Parent Academy - Thursday 8th December 2022, 9 am, Dining Room
The next in our series of Secondary School Parent Academies will take place on Thursday and will present our Social Impact provision. Ms Rachel Rhodes, our Social Impact Lead, will share the story of BISB's Social Impact Bronze Award and will outline the next steps we are taking to achieve the Silver Award. You will have the chance to learn about how secondary students' Social Impact work connects with primary school projects and to find out what has taken place so far this year in our Year 7-11 Service-Learning Projects. Finally, you will have a chance to meet some of our Sixth Form students, who will present some example CAS projects and explain how parents and the PTA can support this component of the IB Diploma Programme.
Please check your inbox for an email invitation from Ms Ford, and RSVP via the Microsoft Form link in that email. We look forward to seeing you there!
