This week, Year 9 have been looking at plants and studying what different parts of the plant do. They looked at the leaf on Wednesday and used nail polish to take a ‘cast’ of the stomata of a leaf. The stomata are small holes in the bottom of the leaf to allow water to leave, and gas exchange in and out of the leaf so that they can perform photosynthesis.

Last week, the British International School Budapest campus came alive with colour, energy, and excitement as our youngest students took part in the annual Primary and Early Years Sports Day!
A huge congratulations to Lizanna (Year 4) and Laura Ivánka (Year 9) for an incredible week of achievements in science and innovation!
