It has already been a wonderful start to the new year with the children arriving at school on time, dressed smartly and eager to learn. I have been particularly impressed by the warm welcome that I, the new staff and the new children have received from returning children. The children are fully encompassing our philosophy of being kind to others.
Upper Key Stage 2 in particular is a chance for your children to take on more responsibility within the school community. Therefore, we expect them to be role models to other children and of course, Be Ambitious! They will be able to apply for roles of responsibility and I encourage every child to do so. I look forward to seeing every student in our phase academically achieve, personally succeed and reach their full potential in what I know will be a very successful year.
