At BVIS, our Exploration Week is thoughtfully created for children aged 2 to 5. In a safe, caring, and modern environment, little learners embark on their journey with the world-renowned UK Early Years curriculum (EYFS), taught in two languages.

After more than two years at BVIS, Mr. Thắng and Mrs. Quyên truly feel that it is a special school.

Exam season can be a lot to bear. Kids are stressed and tired and, as parents, we feel frazzled too. We worry about their stress but also about the results. How could we not? The world is competitive and grades, or marks, matter. We want our kids to have as many options as possible.

The summer maintenance and upgrade of facilities is an essential part of BVIS’s annual plan, ensuring a modern learning environment and providing the best experience for students, teachers, and all staff members.

This award is the result of Leo’s effort, perseverance, and passion for learning nurtured throughout his academic journey. It also serves as an inspiration for other students to bravely take on challenges and seek out new experiences.

As BVIS Ho Chi Minh City welcomes new leadership, Simon Higham and Deirdre Grimshaw explore the values, community spirit, and a British-style bilingual education embracing Vietnamese culture that make the school stand apart.

After three exciting weeks of learning and vibrant activities, students from Early Years to Primary and Secondary in the Summer School 2025 proudly presented their achievements at the Showcase, held on July 16, 2025.

Receiving admission offers for programmes in Finance and Industrial Engineering at five leading universities highlights Dung’s strong academic abilities, outstanding effort, and unique personal character.

Regardless of age, each journey opened new paths for learning and growth—supporting students in developing physical skills, critical thinking, and life competencies. This reflects the very spirit of BVIS Summer School: an environment where learning happens naturally, joyfully, and with genuine care, every step of the way.

Congratulations to Jun Ann, Class of 2025 at BVIS, who has officially received offers from three prestigious universities in the UK. Notably, these include the University of Birmingham and the University of Nottingham – both members of the Russell Group, renowned for academic excellence and research.

Congratulations to Phuc Thien, our Year 11 student, for successfully representing BVIS as a Student Ambassador at the 2025 Nord Anglia Student Summit held in Houston, Texas.

One-third of the BVIS Summer School journey has flown by with vibrant, creative and engaging learning experiences. From exciting STEAM activities to joyful cooking classes, our students have been busy exploring, experimenting and learning through hands-on discovery.

Throughout the week, he had the privilege of meeting luminaries leading research in groundbreaking fields—cancer research, plasma fusion, and immersive technology, to name just a few. Visiting places like the Plasma Fusion Centre and the MIT Immersion Lab highlighted the incredible possibilities science and innovation offer, not only to transform industries but also to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

As part of Work Experience Week, some Year 11 students had the opportunity to work alongside two BVIS parents: Mr. Rob Kerr – Director of M&A consultancy Kerr Integration, and Ms. Trang Do – Founder & Creative Director of Kimjoux Fine Jewellery

We are also thrilled to celebrate our excellent results this year, which reflect the hard work of our students, the continued support from the parents and the dedication of our teachers and teaching assistants in their learning every day in their lessons.

From self-doubt to confidence, BQ’s story at BVIS HCMC shows how global opportunities and personalised support helped her discover who she really is.

As I look ahead to my next challenge, I look forward to hearing how BVIS continues to move onwards and upwards into the future. Never underestimate how special this school really is with academic rigour, care and personalised attention and a happy, safe and flourishing culture at the heart of everything it offers.
