Outstanding BVIS student achievements in the 2026 IGCSE, AS Level & A Level examinations

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding 2026 IGCSE, AS Level and A Level results achieved by our Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 students during the 2025–2026 academic year. 

BVIS students’ results continue to significantly outperform the England averages, demonstrating their strong academic foundations and the consistent quality of teaching and learning throughout the school’s international curriculum.  

A Level 2026 Results (end of Year 13) 

Grades are awarded between A*- E for International A level. Any grade between A*- E is a pass.    

• 44.4% of grades at A Level were A*-A
  
• 66% of grades at A Level were A*-B  
  
• 85% of grades at A Level were A*-C  
  
• 98.5% of grades at A Level were A*-E 
  

Our A Level results are significantly higher compared with the figures in England!

• BVIS HCMC students achieved 44.4% of their grades at A*-A this year, significantly surpassing the England average of 28.3%. 
• 66% students achieving A*- B grades compared to the England average of 55.5%.
• 85% of students' grades were A*-C, well above the England average of 78.1%.

AS Level Results 2026 (end of Year 12)    

Grades are awarded between A - E for International AS level.  

• 69% of all grades were A - B   
  
• 81% of all grades were A - C 
  
• 96% of all grades were A - E  

International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) 2026 Results (end of Year 11)  

• 57% of all our grades were A* - A
  
• 75% of all our grades were A* - B   
  
• 92% of all our grades were A* - C  
  
• 87% students achieved 5 or more A*- C (including Mathematics & English) 

Our IGCSE Results 2026 are Significantly Higher Than England Figures 

• 57% students achieving A*- A grades, significantly higher than the England average of 22% (A/7 and above)
  
• 92% students achieving A*- C grades compared to the England average of 67% (C/4 and above)
