Jon is the Assistant Headteacher in Secondary, responsible for Data and Reporting. After six years as Head of Science, he began this new role that focuses upon combining pastoral data—such as attendance, behavior, and wellbeing—with academic data from assessments and exams, to effectively support each student. As a parent of two children at the school, he understands the importance of balancing academic progress with personal development. His aim is to ensure that every child thrives, not just academically, but also in their overall development and school experience.
When he is not working, Jon enjoys reading, playing football, and exploring South East Asia with his family.
