Before living in Vietnam, Lee worked as Head of Business and Finance, teaching in a rural school in Buckinghamshire, England. Following two summers volunteering in Laos and Malaysia, he fell in love with Southeast Asia and decided to embark on an exciting adventure in Vietnam.
As a teacher, Lee is passionate about students learning beyond the curriculum and encouraging them to develop their thirst for knowledge by creating a safe and engaging classroom. He especially loves that his subject allows the class to look at the real world and bring this into their class discussions.
Outside of school, Lee is a keen sports fan and loves watching his favorite football team, Derby County FC. He also enjoys playing badminton and going on adventurous hikes wherever he may be.
