Khuyen joined BVIS in 2011, and over the years, her focus has always been on helping students and staff grow. She spent five years as the Primary Maths Leader, where she loved encouraging children to find real-life applications of maths. In 2020, she became the Primary Assistant Headteacher, and one of her greatest joys has been supporting and mentoring teachers and teaching assistants. She believes that when we help each other grow, we create the best learning environment for our students.
In August 2023, Khuyen took on the role of Senior Safeguarding Lead, a responsibility she takes to heart, ensuring every child feels safe and happy. She is inspired by the idea that "There is always a better way," which motivates her to constantly learn and improve in her role.
Outside of work, Khuyen enjoys reading and dancing. She is grateful to be part of such a supportive community, where she can make a positive difference every day.
