Before joining BVIS, Nguyen spent 5 years working as a lecturer for the History Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and a teacher for a private high school. She became a full-time teacher at BVIS in 2013, taking on the history subject taught in Vietnamese.
She feels very happy and proud to be able to contribute a small part to preserving Vietnamese identity for younger generations.
Outside of school, Nguyen has an undiminished passion for badminton. She has accompanied the BVIS badminton team in city tournaments and achieved very worthy achievements. It would be remiss not to mention books in her list of hobbies as she is an avid reader and does so every day.
