She believes that every child is unique, and embraces the perspective that "If they do not learn the way we teach, then we should teach the way they learn." This philosophy inspires Tam to motivate students to reach their full potential.
Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and exploring cultural diversity through her journeys.
