Yen joined BVIS in 2012 and has worked as a class teacher with a middle leader role in maths, before taking on the role of Phase Leader in 2022. She is passionate about creating a happy, caring, and respectful classroom where students feel supported and excited to learn. Building a sense of community is at the heart of her teaching, making the classroom a warm and welcoming place for everyone.
Outside of school, Yen loves trying new foods, diving into a good book, and picking up new crafting skills like crochet.
