Florence Jones-Nerzic was born in France and studied at the University of Brest. She obtained a Masters in languages and business studies. She was also an Erasmus student at the University of Westminster, in London.
Mrs Jones-Nerzic went to the UK to become a language assistant in a college near Swansea. The year after, she qualified as a PGCE teacher at the University of Swansea. She taught in Wales for two years. In 1999, she joined the International School of Toulouse, in France. For eight years, she taught French as a foreign language and as a first language in both the Primary and Secondary school.
In 2007, she moved to Bratislava, in Slovakia and taught French in both Primary and Secondary, again both first and second language. In 2009, she moved to Brussels and taught English at the Lycée Français. In 2012, she taught French at the International School of Flanders and in 2015, she became a pedagogical advisor at the European School of Brussels.
A native French speaker, Florence speaks English and Spanish. She is also a fully qualified sophrologue.
