Year 2 Teacher and Key Stage 1 Co-ordinator

Greg is from Perth in Australia. He trained as a teacher at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, and spent five years teaching in primary and secondary schools in Australia. He was then selected to join an Australian Volunteers International project in Indonesia where he helped develop local teachers’ understanding of the English curriculum. He remained in Jakarta for two further years as a Year 1 and 2 classroom teacher at The Australian International School and he is now fluent in Indonesian!

In 2010, Greg moved to Geneva and taught at the Collège du Léman in Versoix. Most recently, Greg has been working in London as the Assistant Headteacher, SENCo and Yr 3 teacher of a state primary school where he will be joining us from. He is also completing his Masters’ at The Institute of Education.

At La Côte, Greg will be a Year 2 classroom teacher and will also Literacy Lead and Key Stage 1 Co-ordinator across the Primary school. He is very excited to be relocating back to Geneva and to join our school. Greg enjoys cycling, yoga and cooking.
