Kate Bradley has over a decade of educational and school leadership experience. Prior to joining La Côte International School, Kate worked for 6 years in the United Arab Emirates at Brighton College Abu Dhabi in the roles of Deputy Head Mistress and Head Mistress of the Senior School. During the period of her headship, Brighton College grew to become one of the most successful co-educational schools in the Middle East. Many of the pupils under Kate’s leadership went on to attend some the finest universities in the world, including Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge. Kate achieved Advanced Skills Teacher status in the UK only 2 years into teaching and worked in both Leeds and Birmingham before beginning her international career.
Kate is married to Andrew and they have one child, Ophelia. She studied at Sheffield, Leeds and Durham and has a BA in English, a PGCE in English and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Kate is truly committed to the values and principles of international education and firmly believes that young people are capable of developing and growing through intercultural understanding and mutual respect.
