Our delicious meals

The Collège du Léman catering team provides a high-quality, varied, and balanced offer specially curated by our Chefs. Our boarding students and all the day students who are registered for hot lunch can testify! We are happy to share with you just a few examples of our delicious meals and newest initiatives.

"Chef stations" are now held once a week in our Léman (Primary) and Eiger (Secondary) restaurants to offer our students a meal with a touch of sophistication. We also offer a monthly theme-based meal in these two restaurants (Asian day, Halloween day, festive meal...).

Our restaurants are accredited with the "Fourchette verte" label (Green fork). This health label is awarded to restaurants that offer a balanced daily menu in compliance with the criteria of the Swiss food pyramid. It testifies the quality that is brought to our daily menus combined with the taste and pleasure of eating.

In our Panther's Cafe, Chef Olivier offers new special meals every Tuesday, and the vegan offer has been enriched to meet growing expectations. The bi-monthly "Sushi day" is also an incredible success!

Every day, our boarding students enjoy an enriched breakfast including eggs, porridge, different varieties of bread, fresh fruit juice and much more. Sunday brunch offers great choice and premium quality. Once a week, chefs from around the world celebrate our diversity with international cuisine.

Finally, our youngest students in Pre-school now use new dishes and new cutlery, which are totally adapted to their little hands and dexterity.

Every week, our CDL-Scolarest chefs (Scolarest is the specialist school catering arm of Compass Group), carefully prepare menus that are updated weekly here and in our CDL News app (in the "Information" section).
