CHILDCARE 


Child care will take place in Reagan 011 012 013 (see on map).

This location provides an easier access for all, and the environment is more suited providing a larger space and classroom for our students during an important transitional part of the school day. Kindly note that no snacks are provided in this service.

Exceptional childcare:

Your children have the possibility to attend Childcare on an exceptional basis.

In this case please inform the Extracurricular department by email 24 hours in advance and be aware that this will include an extra fee of 25 CHF/child per day.

DAY CARE


Day care will take place in Pollux building, in the dining hall.

Day care pick up after 17:45 pick-up:

Please be informed that at 17:45, all preschool children will be grouped to go to the Child care venue for Primary in Reagan 013. Before 17:45, your child will be at the preschool dining hall in Pollux Building. An afternoon snack is provided in this service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Can I register my child to an activity or private lesson during the year?

For private lessons registrations are available from the 8th of August during the whole year. Activity registrations are available from the 8th of August and will remain accessible until the first 2 weeks of each marking period. Please find below the period you can register your child for each term.

1st term registration period

11th of February – 3rd of March 2019

 

What should I do if my child will be absent from an activity?

It is important for us to know that your child won't attend the activity. Please contact the Extracurricular Department by phone: 022 755 55 43 or by e-mail: extracurricular@cdl.ch

What should I do if my child will be absent from a private lesson?

Please inform the Extracurricular Department by phone: 022 775 55 43 or by e-mail to : extracurricular@cdl.ch at least up until 17:00 the previous working day of the lesson.

Can I cancel my child's registration to an activity at any time?

Subscription to most activities are for the whole year, but you can cancel the registration at any time by sending us an e-mail to extracurricular@cdl.ch. When cancelling, please note that you are liable to be charged the full term’s fees. If registration is cancelled due to the student’s poor behaviour, no refund will be issued.

Can I cancel my child's registration to a private lesson at any time?

There isn’t any number of lessons determined in advance for private lessons. We consider they continue the whole year until a notice in writing is provided. You can cancel the registration at any time by sending us an e-mail to extracurricular@cdl.ch. A notice of 48 hours is required if you wish to stop the private lesson on a permanent basis.
