Collège du Léman offers more choice than any other boarding school in Switzerland. We give your child the chance to explore the country, and discover themselves.
Our programme of activities allow students to keep up with their studies, while finding new interests and passions in a range of extra-curricular activities. We also organise regular trips to the city, into the mountains, and even holiday trips to exciting destinations.
ACTIVITIES
Our extracurricular activities suit all interests, giving your child the opportunity to try out judo, horse riding, arts and crafts, dance, photography, sport an many more. Boarding students also enjoy extra-curricular activities on the weekends, and after dinner.
On Saturdays, you might find your child learning to play golf, riding on horseback or mastering an instrument. We offer regular outings into Geneva, as well as different organised activities and study hours. On some days, overnight trips may be planned, and students are encouraged to come up with ideas and choose their favourite options.
SKIING
Our surroundings offer many exciting opportunities, depending on the season. Children can water-ski on the lake in summer, and enjoy the snow in winter.
At Collège du Léman, students aged 8 to 18 will be able to take part in one of our ski weekends in Crans-Montana in Valais. Your child will be able to develop their skills on the slopes in one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the country.
Students may also plan their own trips with help from tutors, as long as a member of staff is willing to supervise.
TRIPS
During the holidays, students will be able to go on several overnight trips. An overnight stay is generally planned during the October break, while others will be arranged during weekends and the Easter holiday.
In recent years, students have enjoyed longer trips to destinations such as South Africa, Madrid, Turin and Disneyland Paris.
