Pre-K Principal

Our preschool section offers a personalised teaching approach to each student, in an environment where everyone takes confidence and blossoms while developing , emotional, sporting, creative and intellectual qualities in French, English or in two languages.

We promote a stimulating and rewarding relationship where students progress at their own pace to discover the joy of learning and the joy of success in school.

A graduate of the University of Grenoble, Pascale’s journey with us began in 2007 as a CM2 teacher. Swiftly promoted to Primary Studies Deputy Principal in 2008, she has since held various positions of responsibility in both the Preschool and Primary School, before being appointed to her current role as Preschool and Primary Studies Francophone Principal in 2016.

Prior to Collège du Léman, the first ten years of her career were dedicated to working as an IT project manager in a banking institution in Paris and Haute Savoie. Having honed her leadership and interpersonal skills, she passed her Professorat des Ecoles and Diploma in Teacher Training (CAFIPEMF), consequently transitioning into teaching at IUFM, Bonneville.

Pascale has also played a significant role in the professional development of her colleagues by promoting a variety of opportunities and leading by example. Passionate about education, particularly that of very young children, she is committed to providing her students with a safe, fulfilling, motivating and joyful environment.
