Volleyball Update 09/10/2015

09 October 2015

The U19 boys’ volleyball team attended the annual High School Volleyball Tournament at RMIT University last Sunday.

The day started with the opening ceremony at 8:30am and games ran until 6:00pm so it’s a long but enjoyable experience. Unfortunately the boys didn’t win, but they played well and more importantly the team were given the opportunity to play five volleyball games which is crucial game experience at this stage of the season.

Congratualtions to our U19 Girls Volleyball team who beat AIS this week. The girls put in an impressive team performance to win both sets, 13-25 and 18-25. The squad has been training really hard and their commitment and perseverance has now starting to really pay off. Well done girls, on such a fantastic win.
