Mr Paul Holyome Weekly Update 09/09/2016

09 September 2016

Dear Parents,

You will have noticed on the school social media and around the school site, we have been celebrating our best ever examination results. For the last few years I have been presenting to parents the worldwide recognition of International A Levels. This year we had 28 graduates our first big cohort through the school. You will have seen that not only did they achieve a fantastic set of results but they will all be attending university/college and received offers from their university/college of choice. Over 30% of our graduates successfully secured a place at one of the top 50 universities around the world, including Ivy League in America. This is a remarkable achievement for the school. This also demonstrates the world wide recognition that the International A Level affords. I would like to congratulate all our graduates and wish them well as they embark on their new educational adventures.

It is that time of year when we start to prepare for one of the biggest charity events that we support each year. On Sunday 25

September the BBGV Charity Fun Run will be held and like all other years we are hoping to raise a great deal of support and have many students, teachers and parents involved. You will have received a letter yesterday outlining the full details. I do hope that many of you will sign up and join us for this special event. Please make sure you register in time at the primary office for your number and a t-shirt if you desire.

I wish you all a very relaxing weekend.
