BVIS Master Chef Update

24 February 2017

  • 20170208_102220

Week 2 of BVIS Master Chef got off to a great start with 13I taking on some of the skills they learnt the previous week and using their creativity and some excellent teamwork to create 3 delicious dishes. Unfortunately, there could only be one winner and that was Meiji, Duy and Nhi. They prepared a delicious version of the Korean dish, bibimbap, which really stood out for its complexity and deep flavours and has earned them a place in the BVIS Master Chef Final.

Week 3 saw 13V preparing tagliatelle with Italian meatballs, a balsamic dressed salad and garlic bread. All 3 groups produced great food as well as picking up some skills and techniques which they can use in the next stage when they will have to create their own dishes. I’m excited already!
