This week in the Primary School

House Captains

Today in assembly the 2017-18 Year 6 house captains were introduced to the Primary School. To be considered as a house captain the children had to submit a written application. There were some impressive applications and we are sure that the children chosen to lead their house teams, fulfilling important leadership roles in the school, will carry out their duties seriously and responsibly. Congratulations to:

Dalat House Hong Ngoc (6I) and Thanh Tin (6B)

Hanoi House Mai Uyen (6B) and Thai (6B)

Hue House Jessica (6B) and Cong Chuong (6V)

Saigon House Sofia (6B) and Phuc (6B)

Our popular toddlers group re-opens on Monday 11th September. Fundinotots runs from 08:00 – 10:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings in the Early Learning Centre (room 005).

Children aged from 0 – 36 months, accompanied by a family member, have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of activities during Fundinotots sessions. Adults can enjoy quality time with their little ones, guided and supported by our two Fundinotots teachers this year, Ms Tara and Ms Uyen.

Class Dojo

Thank you to all the parents who have signed up on Class Dojo which we introduced at last week’s “Meet the Teachers” evening. Obviously we want all our parents to be connected to Class Dojo as this is a fabulous way to find out about your children’s learning.

By Thursday of this week we had 305 parents signed up which is an excellent response so far. The first 3 classes to have 100% of parents connected will be rewarded with a special treat at the end of the week!
