Developing a Healthy Sleep Pattern – A Workshop for Parents led by Family Medical Practice

Dear Parents,

We cordially invite you to join the following school event:

Developing a Healthy Sleep Pattern – A Workshop for Parents led by Family Medical Practice

  • Time: 09.00 to 10:00 a.m.
  • Date: Thursday 10th October 2019
  • Venue: Room 147 @ BVIS HCMC

The workshop will be led by Dr. Johnathan Halevy – Medical Director of Paediatric Department at Family Medical Practice. He will present information about the causes and effects of sleep disorders, adequate sleep needs at certain child development stages and tips on developing a healthy sleep routine for both parents and students!

Why parents should join this workshop?

Sleep problems directly affect our cognitive functions - our ability to learn, memorise and solve problems. For teenagers, this may interfere with their academic achievements and overall wellbeing. All those attending will receive useful tips from experts to develop a healthy sleep routine for your whole family.

If you would like to join this event, please sign up by completing the form by Monday 07th October 2019. Any questions please contact Ms Huyen Nguyen – Communications Manager at / Tel: (028) 3758 0709 ext.115

We look forward to welcoming you to this event.

Best Regards,

Simon Higham
