Sandrine is a Swiss national who grew up in the canton of Geneva, where she did all her studies. After training in the commercial field, she decided to follow her passion and retrain in the field of early childhood education.
After obtaining her diploma from the Geneva School of Early Childhood Education, she participated in the opening of a new nursery that welcomes children of all ages (from 4 months to 4 years) and worked there for six years. She then took a two-year sabbatical to care for her 2 children born in 2011 and 2013. After this time, Sandrine had additional professional experiences in daycare: first in Nyon where she cared for a group of babies for a year, then a second position in a multi-age nursery where she worked for two years.
Sandrine began working at LCIS in August 2019 as the Foundation 0. Her mother tongue is french and she is willing to leverage her English.
She is passsionate about positive education. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the mountains. She loves music, regularly goes to concerts, and is particularly fond of the Nyon Paléo Festival.
