NAIS Pudong Scholarships
It was an afternoon filled with eerie excitement and ghostly gatherings as our Parent and Community Association (PCA) organised a spine-tingling Halloween celebration on last Friday.
The PCA extended a warm invitation to all students, with students and staff donning elaborate costumes and indulging in some hair-raising fun.
Ghosts, witches, superheroes, and even a few memorable historical figures descended upon the school, creating a colourful and diverse array of outfits that set the stage for a memorable afternoon.
The event was not just about appearances, as the students immersed themselves in various activities and games designed to send shivers down their spines. From pumpkin carving to mummy wrapping contests, the students thoroughly enjoyed this spooktacular day. The haunted house, a terrifyingly thrilling experience, was a big hit among the brave souls who dared to enter.
For those with a penchant for the supernatural, there was an array of spooky items available for purchase. From eerie decorations to mysterious trinkets, students had the chance to spend their hard-earned pocket money on these uncanny artifacts.
But it wasn't all about just fun and games. The PCA organised a benevolent twist to the day, with a 10 RMB donation from each participant. This donation will be channelled through the PCA to support community charities, spreading the spirit of Halloween beyond the school's walls.
As the afternoon unfolded, there were also generous giveaways for students to take home, further adding to the enchantment of the event.
With a spine-chilling atmosphere and a heart-warming act of charity, the PCA of NAIS Pudong truly made this Halloween celebration an unforgettable event for all students involved. As the afternoon concluded, echoes of ghostly laughter and spook-filled memories filled the air, leaving no doubt that the spirit of Halloween was alive and well at NAIS Pudong.
